For long distance rides, Puig introduces the Touring series to minimize the wind-blast for riders. These screens raise the wind-blast several centimetres allowing a more comfortable position. Most screens feature a shaded part on the lower section of the screen that covers cables behind the speedometer. All the touring windscreens are developed using information from wind tunnel testing for improved aerodynamics and wind protection. The virtual wind tunnel is used in research and development to create new shapes and screens with proven real world performance. Constant upgrades with state of the art materials are dedicated towards the innovation of the most technologically advanced shield ever made. The original mounting screws can be reused.
