The perfect accessory for your Yamaha YZ250F/YZ450F is our custom crafted Heat Shield Kit for our RS-12 exhaust systems. This kit is perfect for deflecting a little extra heat from the muffler resonator chamber and making those long motos a bit more comfortable. The smooth hard anodized surface allows the racer's boot to glide freely and allows the rider to grip the bike better with his or her right boot. Made from 16 gauge 5052 aluminum, then type 3 hard anodized for a great look and wear resistance. Of course a Yoshimura laser etched logo is applied to let those know who makes this gem. A portion of the side number plate must be cut away for proper installation of this Heat Shield Kit. Weight is 79 grams. Developed, designed and made in the USA.
